Mrs. Verl Lint, 28, died at 2:40 p.m. Sunday at her home 109 ½ South Jefferson street. She was born June 25, 1915 at Melrose, the daughter of James E. and Ella Curran, and had lived in Ottumwa for the 13 years. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic church. She is survived by her husband, Charles Lint, her Father, James E. Curran of Ottumwa and the following brothers and sisters; Mrs. Grace Bowman, Chicago, Mrs. Josephine Rutzinski, Milwaukee; Glen Curran, a parachute rigger in the Navy stationed at Traverse City, Michigan; Mrs. Helen Petrie, Mrs. Fiola Ford, Erie Curran and Joseph Curran, all of Ottumwa. She was preceded in death by her mother on October 18, 1922. The body will be taken from the Johnson funeral chapel to the residence at 5 p.m. today to await completion of funeral arrangements. The funeral of Mrs. Verl Lint, wife of Charles Lint, who died Sunday will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Patrick’s church. The Rev. T. C. Donohoe will be the celebrant of the requiem high mass. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn. The rosary will be recited at the home, 109 ½ South Jefferson street at 8 p.m. today. Pallbearers will be Gerald Burke, Louis Farrington; Harold Graham, Elmer R. Carr, Joseph Teasdale and Douglas LeGrande.
