Mrs. Clara Maring Bristow, 42, died yesterday at her home in Los Angeles, according to work received by relatives here. She is survived her husband, Donald Bristow, and the following five children; Charles and Barbara Bristow Chillicothe, Ohio, Arlene and Albert Bristow, at home. She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Florence Maring of Batavia, and the following brothers and sisters; Mrs. Sam Kitchen, Lockridge; Rolley Maring, Farson, Mrs. V.C. Smith, Ottumwa, Mrs. William Hanrahan, San Gabriel, California; Charles Maring, Batavia, and Mrs. C.M. Orman, Lincoln, Nebraska. No funeral arrangements have yet been made.
Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Maring Bristow, 42, wife of Donald A. Bristow, formerly of Ottumwa, who died at Los Angeles last Sunday morning will be held at the Johnson funeral chapel at 4 p.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Mr. Ross of Batavia. Burial will be in Bladensburg cemetery. The casket will arrive in Ottumwa at 6 a.m. Saturday.
