Mrs. Ella M. Poulton, of 123 North Green street, died shortly after noon today at the Ottumwa hospital. She has sustained a fracture of the left hip when she fell at her home this morning. Mrs. Poulton, 75, was born June 3, 1867, in Eddyville, the daughter of E.D. and Sarah True. She is survived by one sister and one brother, E.C. True and Mrs. W.H. Allison, both of Ottumwa, and one nephew and a niece, Mrs. P.E. Getzelman of Elgin, Illinois, and L.P. Morris of Des Moines. She was a charter member of Myrah Rebecca lodge and had lived in Wapello county all her life. The body was removed to the Lester Jay funeral home where it will remain pending the completion of funeral arrangements. Funeral services for Mrs. Ella M. Poulton, who died shortly after noon Friday as the result of a fall earlier in the day, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday from the Lester Jay funeral home. The Rev. J. B. Johnson, pastor of the Wesley Methodist church, will be in charge of the services and burial will be made in Evergreen cemetery at Fairfield.
