Mrs. Phoebe West, 66, wife of the late Finis West, died at 3:30 a.m. today at the Wapello county hospital. She had been a resident of Ottumwa 12 years and is survived by one son, Curtis of Ottuwma; one brother, A.P. Ryals, of Glenwood, Missouri and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Vaughan funeral chapel in charge of the Rev. A. D. McClure. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery. The body will remain at the Vaughan chapel until time for the services.
