Mrs. Minnie Worth, 48, wife of George Worth Jr., died at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday at the home of the Rev. A.L. Worth, 809 Church street. She had been ill six months. Survivors are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Clyde Hawkins, Ottumwa, three sons, Harold Worth an Eugene Carpenter, Ottumwa and Corporal Donald Carpenter, Camp White, Oregon, and her father, the Rev. Perry Heckart, Fowler, Colorado; a sister, Mrs. Lizzie Tillerson of Fowler; three brothers, Christy Heckart, Ottumwa ; Joe Heckart, Fowler, and Ira Heckart, Olney Springs, Colorado, and six grandchildren. Her mother and three brothers preceded her in death. Mrs. Worth was a member of the Pentecostal church. The body is at the Community Funeral Service chapel, pending funeral arrangements.
