Charles Benjamin Chilcote, 84, of 610 South Milner street, died at 7:35 p.m. Saturday at 820 Pershing avenue after being in ill health for a year and a half. Survivors include a son. G.A. Chilcote, Ottumwa and a daughter Mrs. James Wilkins, Myrtle Creek, Oregon; five grandchildren and a great grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Community funeral chapel, conducted by the Rev. Charles E. McDowell of the Fundamental Baptist church. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery.
