Albert T. Johnson, 87, died at his home at Avery Thursday at 3 p.m. He was the son of August and Johanna Johnson, born in Ostergotland, Sweden, December 11, 1854. He came to this country in 1871, settling near Munterville. He moved to Monroe county in 1920 and had been a resident of that county ever since. Mr. Johnson was a member of the Munterville Lutheran church for 60 years. Surviving are his wife, Hulda and a nephew, Edward Telleen of San Francisco. Short prayer services will be held at the Johnson funeral chapel at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, and further services at 2 p.m. at the Munterville church. The Rev. J.G. Swedberg will be in charge. Burial will be in the Munterville cemetery.
