John I. Klingler, 74, of near Ormanville, died at the county hospital at 11 a.m. today. He was the son of Fredrick and Sarah Klinger, born in Davis county. Surviving are a brother, George, Ottumwa and a sister Mrs. Ellen Eakins, Davis county. The body is at the Johnson funeral home awaiting completion of funeral arrangements. Funeral services for John I. Klingler, who died at 11 a.m. Thursday, will be held from the Johnson funeral chapel Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev. A.D. McClure will be in charge. Burial will be in the Klingler cemetery near Ormanville. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Sherman Knight, Waterloo; nine grandchildren, a brother George of Ottumwa, and a sister, Mrs. Ellen Eakins of Davis county.
