Carolyn Jean Snook, six-day-old daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. Arthur Snook, 345 South Moore street, died at 10:20 p.m., Friday, at the St. Joseph hospital. Survivors include the parents; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James M. Snook, Ottumwa route 1, and Mrs. and Mrs. Clovie Walter, Agency route 4, great-grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Charles L. Elliott, Kahoka, Missouri, and two great-grandmothers, Mrs. Catherine Toopes and Mrs. Almira Stevens, both of Ottumwa. Short funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Johnson funeral chapel conducted by the Rev. A.D. McClure. Burial will be in the Shaul cemetery.
