Ottumwan Dies At Hedrick Home
John Lewis, 87, died today at 4 a.m. at his home in Hedrick. He had been ill for the last six years. Mr. Lewis was a lifelong resident of Hedrick. Surviving are the wife Mary; daughters Mrs. Stella Gillette of Hollywood California, Mrs. Sam White of Fremont and Mrs. William Burtlow of Hedrick; a son, Edward of Ottumwa brother, Sam of Sioux city and a sister, Mrs. Emma Sandusky of Sioux City. The body is at the Community funeral parlors here.
