MARGARET A. HUNT of Ellis Ave. Ottumwa died Monday at 7:45 am at her home following a illness.

She was born; the daughter of Gene and Ellen Frederick Howk in Wapello County Oct.3, 1974. She was a resident of the county for many years. A resident for the pasr 12 years; she was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

She married John W. Hunt in Wapello County Iowa on March 11, 1894 and he preceded her in death May 30, 1862.

Survivors include three sons; Ray of Boise, Idaho, Archie of Orange County California and Wesley of Colfax, California. Also surviving are four daughters; Zelda Newey of Ogdon, Utah, Mary Tabert of Washington D.C., Lois Overturf of Ottumwa Route 2 and Rachel Hunt of Ottumwa.Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; one brother James Howk of Ottumwa Route 2 and 2 sisters; Mariah Reeves of Ottumwa and Laura Chapman of Route 4. Also surviving are 3 brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Thurday at 3 p.m. at First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. S.M. Bl officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and nephues. The casket will remain at Johnson Funeral Chapel until 1 a.m. when it will be taken in the church and closed at the beginning of the service.
