Harry Bassil McBride.
Harry Bassil McBride, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Stephen McBride, was born
in Ottumwa, March 11, 1893, and died
at the home of his parents, 919 Church
street, Monday, July 3, at 9:40 a. m.,
aged 18 years, 3 months and 23 days.
He had been a sufferer for some
time and bore his suffering manfully
and with much patience. He was the
youngest of five boys, E. J. being the
oldest.
He leaves a father, mother, four
brothers: E. J. of Los Angeles, Chas.
Edgar, Roy F., and Cecil T. of Ottum-
wa, and three sisters, Mrs. Eva D.
Eigemann, Florence and Mildred of
Ottumwa, and many friends to mourn
his loss.
Funeral services were conducted
from the residence July 4, at 5 p. m.
S. Isaac Elder, officiating. Interment
in the Shaul cemetery.—Contributed.
