Obituary From "Ottumwa Courier," May 25, 1936:

Roberta Marie Carlisle, six and one-half month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Levi Carlisle, 853 Ellis avenue, died at the home at 11:30 a.m. today.

Surviving are her parents; three brothers, Virgil, Elvin and Robert, all at home, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Mather of Ottumwa.

Friends may call at Johnson’s funeral chapel awaiting completion of arrangements.
