Miss Hazel Hageman Burned to Death at Cedar Rapids Formerly Lived in Ottumwa.

Miss Hazel Hageman who was burned to death at Cedar Rapids Saturday was well known in Ottumwa having been operator for the Iowa Telephone company about five years ago. Miss Hageman was burned while attempting to light a fire in the kitchen stove with gasoline, mistaking it for kerosene. She was employed as toll operator for the Cedar Rapids and Marion Telephone Co.
