Many friends of the bereaved parents Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Engle. Attended the funeral services over the remains of their two year old son, Raymond Engle who died Thursday from burns The services were held from the residence, one half mile north of Dahlonega this afternoon. The Rev. Mr. Brown of Batavia conducted the services. Interment was made in the Ottumwa cemetery.

CHILD DIES FROM BURNS
RAYMOND, THE 2 YEARS OLD SON, OF MR. AND MRS. R. ENGLES VICTIM OF SAD ACCIDENT.Raymond, the 2 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Engle, residing one half mile north of Dahlonega, died this morning from being badly scalded yesterday morning. The mother was doing the washing and was caring for another child while she was pouring hot water from a tea kettle into a tub. Her attention was attracted from the little boy who was playing around the tub and he put his arm under the stream of scalding water. His screams attracted the mother and medical attention was called. The youngsters arm was badly scalded and the shock following the accident caused his death. The Engle home, is filled with gloom over the bad accident. The date and time of the funeral services have not been set.
FUNERALS.
Funeral services over the remains of little Raymond Engle, the 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Engle who died yesterday from burns, will be held from the residence one-half mile north of Dahlonega tomorrow at 1 o'clock. Rev. Brown of Batavia will conduct the services. The remains will be interred in the Ottumwa cemetery.
