Ottumwa Courier July 16, 1936

Evelyn Gladys McKinney, 9, daughter of Mrs. Cecil McKinney, 910 Hayne St., died at her home Wednesday at 6:30 PM. She was born December 6, 1926. Should had been ill for two days. Her father preceded her in death. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. McKinney, five sisters, Elnora, Drusella, Mary Elizabeth, Charlotte, and Dora, and one brother William, all at home. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 PM at the Reese funeral Chapel, conducted by the Rev. V. R. Wiley. Burial be made the Ottumwa cemetery.
