Phillip Wendell Johnson infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Johnson, 535 Center Ave., died at the Ottumwa hospital at noon today. He was born May 31, 1936. Besides his parents, he is survived by one brother, Lonnie Frank Johnson, and his grandparents, Mrs. Amanda Beverly of Ottumwa and Frank Johnson of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at the home on Chester Avenue at 10 AM Wednesday conducted by the Rev. E. P. Green of the Second Baptist Church. Burial will be made in the Ottumwa cemetery.
