ROM OTTUMWA COURIER, MONDAY, MARCH 1 1920, PG 13 COL 5:
Samuel F. Skinner died yesterday morning at 3 o'clock at him home,-926 Wes (sic) Main street, after a long illness. He was 53 years of age. He is survived by his wife, and two children, Leona and Vercil, and one brother, George Skinner, of Ottumwa.
The funeral will be held at 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the home. The services will be conducted by Captain Cheyne, of the Salvation army (sic).

The funeral of Samuel F. Skinner was held this afternoon at 1 o'clock from his home, 926 West Main street. The services were conducted by Captain Cheyne of the Salvation Army. Burial in the Ottumwa Cemetery.
