Otto Vlasak, 51, died at his home, 1019 Clinton Ave. at 10 AM today. He was the son of Anthony and Barbara Vlasak and was born January 21, 1885, at Richland. He lived in Ottumwa for the last 38 years, a plasterer by trade. Surviving are his wife Leta, at home; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Richard Martin, Ottumwa; one sister, Mrs. D. A. Rose, Iowa City, and one brother, L. Vlasak, Richland, Indiana. His parents, three brothers and one sister preceded him in death. Friends may call at the Johnson funeral Chapel pending completion of funeral arrangements.
