Mrs. Elizabeth Hooper, 61, a former Ottumwan, died at the home of her daughter Alice Hooper, Wichita Kansas, Thursday evening. Surviving are five sons, Charles and Edward Hooper of Wichita, Kansas, Edgar and Clifford Hooper of Idaho and Willard Hooper of Des Moines; four daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Elkins of Ottumwa, Mrs. Neta Stine and Miss Alice Hooper of Wichita, Kansas and Mrs. Susie Bobst of California; three brothers, Dick Yeager of Des Moines, Thomas of Marshalltown and Alfred of Bladensburg; three sisters, Mrs. Jennie Nicholson and Mrs. Emma Nicholson, both of Marshalltown, and Mrs. Margrethe Stiner of Los Angeles, and eight grandchildren. The body is being brought to Ottumwa for burial and will be taken to Johnson's funeral Chapel awaiting completion of funeral arrangements.
