James V. Allen
James Vinson Allen, 74, of Pulaski, died at St. Joseph's hospital at 2:45 PM Friday. Survivors are three brothers, Robert Allen of Ottumwa, Andrew Allen of Blakesburg, and William Allen of Canyon City, Oregon, and one sister, Mrs. Clara Porter of Portland Oregon. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM at the Carroll Reese funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Robert W. Swick, pastor of the Wesley Methodist Episcopal church will officiate. Burial be made in the Patterson cemetery, 6 miles East of Bloomfield.
