OSKALOOSA — Opal Bequeaith, 96, of Oskaloosa, died June 27, 2011, at Northern Mahaska Nursing and Rehab in Oskaloosa.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday in the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa with Rev. Jason Gutzmer officiating. Burial will be in the Friends Cemetery in Oskaloosa.

Visitation will be at noon Thursday with family present from 6-8 p.m. in the Bates Funeral Chapel.

Memorials may be made to Mahaska Hospice.

The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
