Mrs. Rosa Bell Stevenson 91 died at St. Josephs Hospital Wednesday May 12th at 9:15 p.m. after a years illness.

She was born October 20, 1871 in Lee County, the daughter of William and Mary BEARD Stevenson and had been a resident of Ottummwa since 1918.

Mrs. STEVENSON was a long time member of the first Christian Church.

Her marriage to James P. STEVENSON took place at Bonapart.

Surviving are two sons; Dr. Harley B. Stephenson of Ottumwa and Stanley STEPHENSON of Omaha, Nebraska; two daughters; Mrs. Donald BLUNK of Fremont and Mrs. J. Rose BROWN of Dallas, Texas;five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

The service will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the First christian Church with the Rev. William Kerr officiating the service. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery at Washington, Iowa.

The casket will be taken from the Jay funeral home at noon Saturday.
