OTTUMWA — Harold H. "Rusty" Hartley, 80, of 211 W. Fifth St., Moulton, formerly of Ottumwa, died at 11:05 p.m. May 21, 2009, at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.He was born Feb. 28, 1929, in Silvis, Ill., to Harold Otto and Ollie Frances Annis Hartley. He married Juanita Drake July 8, 1950.Surviving is his wife, Juanita; two sons, Kenny Hartley of Ottumwa and Allan (Andrea) Hartley of Albia; a daughter, Stephanie Lynn Hartley at home; two sisters, Pat (Ron) Van Niewaal of Lomax, Ill., and Sandy Wysong of Lomax, Ill.He was preceded in death by five sisters, Thelma Lee, Maggie Smith, Imogene Miller, Grace Woollums and Dorothy Enloe; three brothers, Kenneth Henderson, Virgil Henderson and Harry Hartley.Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Mel Kendall officiating. Burial will be in the Chillicothe Cemetery.Visitation will be one hour prior to the service with the family present.
