OTTUMWA – Colleen L. Kitterman, 65, of 130 S. Ash, died at 7:44 a.m. Nov. 3, 2007, at her home.She was born December 4, 1941, to Orville E. and Glendora S. West Selser. She married Kenneth R. “Pete” Kitterman May 26, 1979. He preceded her in death May 26, 1999.A graduate of Ottumwa High School, she attended Indian Hills Community College. She worked at Everco and then at Cargill Meat Solutions until her sickness in 2006.She enjoyed ceramics, quilting, crocheting, her dog, Oreo, her cat, Millie, and her grandkids.Surviving are her two daughters, Carol Rounds and Kristy Jensen, both of Des Moines; three grandchildren, Hayley Rounds, Kristina Rounds and Kelsey Butrick; four sisters, Christine Grelk, Jean Dage, Mary Steele and Lois Steele; two brothers, Raymond Selser and Robert Selser.She was preceded in death by her parents.Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Sue Babovec officiating. Burial will be in Kitterman Cemetery.Visitation will begin after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.Memorials may be made to Hospice, 312 E. Alta Vista Ave., Ottumwa, Iowa, 52501.
