Miss Dorothy Broiche 72 of West Second Street died at 4:45 PM Monday at Memorial Hospital in Hot Springs Arkansas. She had gone to Arkansas for the winter.

The daughter of John and Jennie Wells Broich. She had lived in Chicago for 40 years working as a private secretary for a linotype parts company. She returned to Ottumwa in 1967 after retirement.

She is survived by one sister; Mrs. Helen Torrence of Ottumwa; one brother Harold of Ottumwa, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at the Reece funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Goins officiating. Burial will be in the Ottumwa Cemetery.
