Mrs. Claudia Emerson 75 of 1202 Albia Road, died at St. Joseph's Hospital at 9:45 am today.she had lived in Ottumwa her whole life.

Survivors include one daugher; Mrs. Helen McClure of Spokane, Washington two nieces and one nephew. The body is at Jay funeral home.

Services will be held Wednesday at Jay funeral home. The Rev. Albert Peterson officiating.

Mrs. Emerson was born in Wapello County Iowa March 15, 1888; the daughter of J.A. and Laura Cramblit Strader.
