Iona Haney 85, of Good Samariton Center died at 4:45 p.m. at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
She was born Oct. 14, 1900 in Davis County to Jesse and Eva Glassburner Strunk. She was a member of the Wesley Methodist Church. She married Wilber A. Haney on April 5, 1921 at Fairfield.
She is survived by two sisters; Helen Hein and Gale Clement of Albany, Org.; one brother Joe E. Strunk Red Bluff, Ca. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter.
The service will be 2:oo p.m. today at Johnson Funeral Chapel; the Rev. Wayne R. Gjerde officiating.
The casket will be closed as the service begins.Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. A memorial has been established at the Good Samaritian Center.
