Mrs. Helen E. TEETER, 70, 204 W. Polk, died today Jefferson County Hospital. Raymond Funeral Home. Memorial Lawn Cemetery.

Born Sept. 7, 189_ (handwriting over typing - could be 1898 or 1899) in Batavia, daughter of Darius and Sarah HOLMES CLARK; reared and educated in Packwood community. Grad. FHS and lived all her life in Jefferson County; married Ernest A. TEETER July 5, 1922, in Ottumwa; he died Aug. 10, 1969. Member Batavia Methodist Church.

Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Junior IRELAND of Libertyville and Mrs. Joan TEDROW of Fairfield, two sons, Bernard TEETER of Beatrice, Neb., and Elmore TEETER, R2; seven grandchildren, one brother Johnnie E. CLARK of Batavia; and one sister, Mrs. Pearl KRUMBOLTZ of Batavia. Preceded in death by two sisters.
