Wednesday August 9th, 1933

Will of Timothy Edward Lanigan

To whom it may concern, that I Timothy Edward Lanigan being of sound mind, do
voluntary give and bequeath all my real and personal property that is left after my
death to my brother James Lanigan and at his death to revert to his wife Anna
Lanigan her dowery in estate, the rest to go to my brothers wife's 2 sons; James A.
Lanigan and Timothy H. Lanigan minors if they have reached their majority at the
time of my brothers death, then their mother will be their guardians until they
reach legal age.

And no part of real or personal property shall be given away or bartered only for
the good of all parties concerned. And with the consent of James M. & Timothy H.
Lanigan minors at present. All this with the understanding that they will be united
with their family ties as they are of this date and if they are peaceful and law
abiding citizens of the U.S. and if James M. & Timothy H. Lanigan take care of
their mother & father in their needs and care for them in their old age as they
need it. Non compliance of these facts makes this will void.

And that their property with house known as 928 Pershing will be used by them as
home until they agree otherwise. That the house and half lot of 930 not be disposed
by me before my death, shall be the means of payment of my debts.

Funeral expenses which must be plain and cheap, and church and religious expenses
if there is no money to meet these debts, otherwise shall stand as a lean against
debts and all leans shall be against house on half lot at 930 Pershing Ave.
