The alter at St. patrick's Catholic Church was decorated wth lavender and white carnations for the wedding of Maryanna Hansen and Gary Lynn Lanigan. They were married by the Rev. Paul Hart Saturday at 2 p.m.. Alice Peters was the organist.

Mrs. Galen Chestnut was matron of honor and Martha Sedore was bridesmaid. Lisa Litch and Laurie Wallace were flower girls.

Serving as best man was Frank Rounceville. Larry Blaine was groomsman and ushers were Galen Chestnut and Rick Sodemann. Doyle Moore carried the rings.

The reception was held in the church.

A graduate of Ottumwa High School and Ottumwa Heights College the bride is employed at Universal Rundle. The bridegroom is an Ottumwa High School graduate and is employed at Everco industries.

They will live at 1013 S. Milner
