Died
Near Bonaparte, Jan. 2, 1883, Littler Myrtle, infant daughter of Noah and Ellen Mohler aged 2 weeks 1 month and 19 days. The little form, the folded hands, we placed in a pure white casket, and laid to rest in the beautiful cemetery near Bonaparte, until the resurrection morn.Oh grieve not dear friends,
It is well with thy child;
God gave her, He took her
His chastenings are mild.The little brief period
of life to her given,
Is changed for the lasting
Enjoyment of heaven.It is well with thy darling,
O dry up thy tears
The home of thy loved one
is not darkened by tears.Near the feet of her Savior
Surrounded by love;
Is the home of thy Myrtle
In the mansions above.Source: newspaper unknown
