DIES SUDDENLY OF HEART TROUBLE
Mrs. Margaret M. Meek, wife of William Meek of 428 Elati died at 7:30 Thursday morning of valvular heart trouble. Though she had not been well for some time, her condition was not considered serious until Thanksgiving day, when she was taken worse.
Mrs. Meek was born in Bonaparte, Ia., October 24, 1852. She was fifty-nine years old and leaves six children--Alden H., Mrs. W. F. Foster of Venice, Cal., Mrs. W. G. McCanne of Fort Lupton, Shirley R., Georgia E. and Will J. Meek. She came to Denver in '88 and had since that time made her home in West Denver. She was a member of Third Congregational Church and was held in high esteem by a wide circle of friends.
Funeral services will be held at the late residence Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. F. H. Allen will officiate. Interment in Fairmount cemetery.
