Sabina A. LeRoy (nee Stewart) daughter of Mrs. C. E. Fuller, was born at Utica, Iowa, Jan. 17, 1870, and died in Baltimore, Md., July 7, 1897, aged 27 years, 7 months and 20 days. She was married Feb. 10, 1893, at Murray, Ia. to Jean A. LeRoy, of New York City, this union being blessed by the birth of one son.

She was left an orphan in early childhood, by the death of her father, C. Stewart, but still retained the careful guidance of her mother who gave her educational advantages in Keosauqua, Birmingham and Des Moines.

Deceased was a member of the M. E. church and during her severe illness of three weeks, although she struggled bravely against the enemy, Death, her conversation proved she was fully prepared to meet the life beyond, telling her husband that "Life was sweet, but not her will but His, be done," and sending separate loving messages to her step-father, mother, brothers and sister to be spoken to them by her beloved husband.

The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Hugh Ackler, of the Lutheran church, at Baltimore, Md., and her remains were laid to rest in the cemetery at that place.
