Mrs. Sallie Dodds of Harrisburg Dies
Surviving Are 3 sons and Grand-children; Rites Held Tuesday. Burial at Vale Cemetery.

Mrs. Sallie C. Dodds died at her home near Harrisburg Saturday. She was 78 years old.
Surviving are three sons, Harry Dodds of Bonaparte, Donald K. Dodds of Burlington, and Ralph Dodds, with whom she made her home, also eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Her husband, John F. Dodds, preceded her in death.
Funeral services were conducted at the Harrisburg church at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon by the Rev. C. Hugo Orf of Keosauqua. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Tomlinson sang at the final rites, with Mrs. Robert Winslow as accompanist.
Burial was at the Vale Cemetery. The bearers were Will Tade, Stan Miller, Sam Downs, John Dunn, Bruce Vale and Dewey Phelps.
