Reuben F. Mohr

Reuben F. Mohr, 81, Farmington, died at 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, February 5, 1992 at Fort Madison Community Hospital, Fort Madison.

Mr. Mohr was born November 28, 1910 at Etna, Missouri. He had lived in Farmington since 1947 and was co-owner of the former Farm & Home Hardware Store in Farmington and also was employed by the Fruehauf Corp. in Fort Madison for eight years. He was a member of the Farmington United Methodist Church.

On April 20, 1935 at Etna, he married Georgia Baird, who survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Jean Murawski, Lake in the Hills, Illinois and Nancy Stotlar, Springfield, Illinois; a brother, Carl, of Arbela, Missouri; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter in infancy, two brothers and three sisters. His parents were Edward L. and Minnie Bolter Mohr.

Services were held February 8 at the Farmington United Methodist Church with Reverend Fred Malone officiating. Burial was in the Kahoka, Missouri, City Cemetery.

Memorials have been established with the Farmington EMT unit and the Farmington United Methodist Church. Contributions may be made at the Hofbauer Funeral Home.
