Myron F. White

Myron F. White, 84, of the Donnellson Manor Care Center, died at 12:27 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, at the Fort Madison Community Hospital.

Born April 25, 1902, in Farmington, he was the son of Wilbur and Jessie Boyer White. He married Hulda Hoots June18, 1928, in Fort Madison. She died Nov. 17, 1985.

Mr. White worked for the True Tempor Corporation, retiring after 54 years of service. He was a member of the Stella Masonic Lodge No. 440 A.F.&A.M. and the Fort Madison Eagles Club.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Maureen Gaston, Park Forests, Ill., and Suzanne Powers, Fort Madison; one brother, Ted White, Fort Madison; and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 1 p.m. Tuesday at the King-Lynk Funeral Home, Fort Madison. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Tuesday with Masonic services at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Mr. White will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the King-Lynk Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
