Mildred I. Ewing, 83, died at 12:55 a.m. Friday, June 27, at the Van Buren Good Samaritan Center, Keosauqua.
Born July 30, 1902, at Douds, she was the daughter of Charles and Belle Weir Rolison. On Nov. 20, 1921, she married Clarence (?) Ewing at Lebanon; he died in 1965.
She and her husband farmed near Kilbourn for several years before retiring in 1953 and moving to Pittsburgh.
Surviving are two daughters, Marjorie Orr, Keosauqua, and Hazel Jones, Fairfield; 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Ewing will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua, with the Rev. Gerald Caughron officiating. Burial will be in Pittsburg Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be left at the funeral home.
