Margie M. Miers

Margie M. Miers, 65, of Milton, died Sunday, May 11, at Van Buren County Hospital.

She was born May 15, 1920, in Missouri, to Robert and Katherine Schultz Lancaster. She married Clyde Miers on July 3, 1947, at Farmington.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Betty J. Ringold and Pat Detrick, both of Burlington; two sisters, Betty Lucas, Macon, Mo., and Karen Waibell, both of Memphis, Mo.; two brothers, Jack Lancaster and Jody Lancaster, both of Memphis, Mo.; and six grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Miers were today at the Milton Christian Church with the Rev. Ed Pool officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Milton. Priester Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

A memorial has been established to the Cancer Fund.
