Edna Frances Donaldson, 93, of the Keokuk Convalescent Center, died at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, at the center following a lengthy illness.

She was born Jan. 5, 1893, in Schuyler County, Mo., the daughter of William and Susan Orr Jackson. She married Estes Donaldson on May 17, 1919, in Downing, Mo., and he preceded her in death on Oct. 30, 1967.

She had been a resident of Keokuk since 1930 and was a member of the Pentecostal Christian Fellowship Church.

Survivors include sons Bill of Keokuk and Guy Edward of Des Moines; granddaughters Joann Fye of Farmington and Sandra Law of St. Louis, Mo.; grandson Mike Donaldson of Des Moines; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by son, Ralph, daughter, Juanita, three brothers and two sisters.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Coffey Cemetery near Downing, Mo., with the Rev. John Varner officiating.

Visitation will be after 3 p.m. today at DeJong Funeral Home with the family meeting friends from 7-9 p.m.
