Dale Clendenen

Alonzo Dale Clendenen, 86, Route 2, Milton, died Sunday, June 2, 1985, at the Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

He was born April 18, 1899 in Davis County to George Warren and Mollie Charity Boggett Clendenen.

He married Elsie Christy on April 3, 1920 in Bloomfield.

He spent his life farming in the Milton Community.

Surviviing are his wife, Elsie, a son Irvin (Newt) and daughter-in-law Wilberta Cledenen of Milton. He was preceded in death by two sisters and two grandchildren.

Services were held Wednesday, June 5, 1985 at 1:30 p.m. at the Milton United Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. Charles Butler. Burial was in the Sunnyside Cemetery at Milton.
