ALFRED LUNSFORD, 89, died Monday evening at his home June 25 in Milton. His entire life was spent on a farm south of Milton, moving to Milton when his health failed, a few years ago. He was born Jan 3, 1873. He was a member of the Christian Church March 11, 1900 he was married Bessie Harman. He is survived by his wife, four children, Daisy Work, Lela Condiff, Roy and Glen Lunaford all of Milton. Three grandchildren, Jerry Lunsford of Cedar Rapids, Keith Lunsford and Dean Cundiff of Milton. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Abslom, Jim, and Dave and five sisters, Mary, Bell, Laura, Mattie, and Stella. Services were at the Wellborn funeral home with burial at Chapel Cemetery south of Milton, conducted by Lowell Paulson, pastor of the Milton Christian church.
