Harry Ellis

Harry C. Ellis, 81, of River Hills Care Center died at 2:07 p.m. Feb. 17, 1985, at St. Joseph Hospital.

He was born June 22, 1903, at Ottumwa to Andrew and Edna Ray Ellis. He was a retired barber in Ottumwa for 40 years. He married Nettie May Nason.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Wesley of Milton; three brothers, Lawrence "Nifty" and Bob of Ottumwa and Frank of Omaha, Neb.; and a grandson.

The service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Robertson-Jay Funeral Home, the Rev. Charles Rinkel Jr. of the First United Methodist Church officiating.

The family will be at the funeral home from 7-8 p.m. today.
