LOWELL H. LONDRIE

Lowell H. Londrie, 68, of Keokuk, died Wednesday, January 11, 1984 at 7:55 a.m. in Keokuk Area Hospital.

He was born June 4, 1915 at Pontoosuc, Illinois the son of Alfred and Pearl Ewing Londrie. He married Martina Von Zan in 1944 at Carthage, Illinois.

He moved to Keokuk from Farmington in 1976 and retired as an employee of the Shellor-Globe Corporation. He was a member of the First Christian Church, Keokuk.

Survivors include his sons, Ronald Londrie of Des Moines and Gary Krenmeyer of Keokuk; a daughter, Mrs. Kay (Trudy) Pierce of Hamilton, Illinois; brothers, Ercell of Hamilton, Ward of Quincy, Illinois, Stanley of Peoria, Illinois, and Gene of Rockford, Illinois; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife and two brothers, and parents.

The funeral was held Saturday, January 14, at 11 a.m. in the Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington. Dr. Leland Beck and the Rev. William Mitchell officiated. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery, Farmington. A memorial fund has been established. Contributions may be left at the funeral home.
