Raymond Grimm

Raymond Grimm, 93, Farmington, who died Friday, July 22, 1983 at the Good Samaritan Center, Keosauqua was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 1983 at Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington, Pastor Gary Worsham with burial at McDaniel Cemetery, Farmington.

He was born July 31, 1889 at Farmington, to Tom and Minnie Kelly Grimm. He married Bertie Newman in 1915, at Farmington.

He spent most of his life in the Farmington and Donnellson area. He retired from the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant; he was a livestock buyer and a former employee of the Donnellson State Barn.

Surviving are a daughter, Marita Gerard, Houston, Texas; three grandchildren and one great grandchild; brother, Harley Grimm, Davenport; five sisters, Hazel Rohdy, Edna Hols and Ollie Apeland, all of Donnellson; Mrs. Harold Cotta, Sun City, Ariz., and Betty Grimm, Moose Lake, Minn.
