THOMAS C. KATZENSTEIN

Funeral services for Thomas C. Katzenstein, 53, of Davenport, who died at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, June 27, 1982, at Lutheran Hospital, Moline, Illinois, were at 1:30, Monday, June 28, at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington with Robert Hambright officiating. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery near Farmington.

Mr. Katzenstein was born February 5, 1929, at Council Bluffs and moved to Davenport 10 years ago. He was an employee of the Williams White Co. He was an Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War.

On March 20, 1976, at Farmington, he married Adella Armstrong, who survives.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Clifford and Kenneth, both of Council Bluffs, and Dennis Craig of Rock Island; a daughter, Patricia Weathington of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; two brothers, Frank of North Platte, Nebraska, and Donald of Council Bluffs; a sister, Geraldine Ronk of Council Bluffs, and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers. His parents were Ernest and Agnes James Katzenstein.

A memorial has been established. Contributions may be made at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington.
