ARDELLA HORNBAKER

Ardella Hornbaker, 65, of Bonaparte departed this life Tuesday, April 6, 1982 at the Keokuk Convalescent Center.

Born January 7, 1917 near Bonaparte, the son of Clarence and Jessie Simmons Hornbaker.

He was a former employee for the Hamlin Coal Mine and the Fairfield Glove Factory in Bonaparte.

Surviving are a brother, Martin, sister-in-law, Donna June, a niece, Joyce Hornbaker of Newton, Iowa, two nephews, Kim Hornbaker and wife Toni, Ken Hornbaker and wife Anna, five great nieces, all of Bonaparte.

The funeral was held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 9, at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington. Pastor Willard Courtney officiated. Burial was in Thompson cemetery.
