MRS. WALTER (LOLA) ENNESS

Mrs. Walter (Lola) Enness, 92, of Mt. Pleasant died Sunday, Oct. 4 at Mt. Pleasant.

Born April 1, 1889 at Milton, Iowa, she was the daughter of John E. and Mary Bell Davis. On Dec. 21, 1909 at Milton she married J. Walter Enness, who preceded her in death.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Mt. Pleasant.

She is survived by four daughters, Dorothy Guinn, Pauline Barnum, Wilma Nordberg, and Anna McTee, all of Mt. Pleasant, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday at the Wier Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Dr. Robert P. Robinson officiating.

Interment was at 2 p.m. in the Sunnyside Cemetery at Milton.

Memorials have been established to the Public Library and the First Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant.
