Frank M. Cox, 68, a former Ottumwan, died at his home in Fairbury, Ill., at 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
He left Ottumwa about 30 years ago. he once operated a meat market on Church street.
He was born Mar 1, 1891 near Bonaparte, and was married to Nellie Breckenridge in June of 1911. She survives.
He is also survived by two sons, Orville Cox of Madison, Wis., and LeRoy of Bloomington, Ill.; four grandchildren; and two brothers and one sister in Minnesota.
Funeral services and burial will be held in Fairbury Sunday at 2 p.m.
