HAZEL H. HAWKE

Hazel H. Hawke, 82, of Farmington, died at 12:43 p.m., Friday, Nov. 13, 1981, in Davis County Memorial Hospital, Bloomfield.

She was born Aug. 15, 1899 at Mt. Sterling, Iowa, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kerr.

A 61-year resident of Farmington she was a member of the Baptist church, Rebekah Lodge, the Order of Eastern Star and the Gray Ladies.

On Nov. 28, 1917 at Chicago, she was married to Harold H. Hawke, who preceeded her in death.

Surviving are a son, Harold Hawke Jr. of Decatur, Ill.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was also preceeded in death by her parents, a brother, and three sisters.

The funeral was held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington. The Rev. William Nichols and Pastor Gary Worsham officiated. Burial was in the Harness cemetery, Mt. Sterling.
